Candidates browse open roles by department, type and level and apply through a step-by-step form covering their details, employment, qualifications, training and referees, with their CV attached. HR can add extra questions to any job — text, dropdowns, dates, yes/no or PDF uploads — and choose which step of the form each one appears on. In the HR portal, staff review applications, move candidates from new through reviewing, shortlisted and interview to offer or rejected, see the full status history, and export to Excel.
